Have done it! Led my first morning Sadhana. Japji Sahib recitation followed by nabhi kriya and the mantra repetition. I never thought I would want to lead or teach a yoga session but I found the experience quite enjoyable. I am fussy about the music so it had to be thought through to ensure rythmic melody...

Did I mention that I have now done my 40 days of nabhi kriya. Yipee!!!
Do I feel any different? I think the answer is No. However, I am glad I did it. My fellow Teacher Trainers have said that they found the experience was more profound when they did it the second time. I dont have the commitment at this...
What a fantastic day. It was brilliant all the way through.
I had a wonderful partner by the name of Anaya who I met on the day (you have to have a partner). She was brilliant and given that she has never done Kundalini yoga before and/or any other meditation, I have to say she deserves a round of applause....

It was a good session this morning. There was Japji Sahib recitation, then an hours yoga and then the mantra chanting. the mantra chanting is my least favourite. However, live music brings it to life and it seems to go fine now.
