Have done it! Led my first morning Sadhana. Japji Sahib recitation followed by nabhi kriya and the mantra repetition. I never thought I would want to lead or teach a yoga session but I found the experience quite enjoyable. I am fussy about the music so it had to be thought through to ensure rythmic melody...

We completed our Module 4 in Kundalini Yoga teacher training. I didnt really enjoy Saturday’s yoga or meditation. The mantra we were chanting “I am…” did not sit well with me and I could not connect on any level. The trainers tell you to do the meditation to practice and perfect it....
